Returns and Refunds


All returns are free of charge.

We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you are not and would like to return your item for a refund you have 14 days to notify Style Odyssey to arrange the return. 

To arrange a return please follow the following steps:

1. Email info@style-odyssey within 14 days of receiving the parcel to notify the Customer Care team who will arrange your pick up.

2. Use the enclosed returns label included in the box.

3. Package the item in the original packaging provided.  The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached. Items returned without the tag attached in its original condition will not be accepted. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way (we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains or garments that smell of perfume).

4. Remove all original labels on the packaging and attach the returns label on the outside of the box ready for pick up. The courier may want to inspect the inside of the box on arrival,

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. 

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately by emailing

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.

Underwear, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing



All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
