Every Posse piece is made by hand, mostly by craftswomen working from home so that they can work at their own pace, while still raising their families.
In Bali not many women get the opportunity to work for this particular reason, this allows them to still be with their children in an environment that they are comfortable in whilst still earning above average wage on a daily basis. We visit our employees on a monthly basis and all wages go directly to our craftswomen for their work.
